According the annoucement from VDA QMC China about PSB/PSCR qualification/requirements have now been adjusted. The Volkswagen Group has released a new Formel-Q-konkret at end of 2021 and then adjusted their IATF16949 CSR (Customer specific requirements) in Feb. 2022. 

For the IATF16949 CSR requirements on 4.4.1.2 Product Safety, it is now required to get qualified as PCSR (Product Conformity Safety Representative). PSB requirements has been changed to PCSR. 

We align with Volkswagen Group China to stop our PSB training classes provided exclusively for China. So, we highly recommend to you to attend our PSCR training based on VDA Product Integrity Standard.

At the same time, we also changed our certificate system. We will not provide the PSB cards or PCSR Cards anymore, we will only send you an electronic certificate starting with the new year of the tiger. The certificate will also not have an expire date any longer.

We highly recommend to you to join our yearly PI-Day. This year it will be organized on 12th May 2022 in Beijing. DPAC (SAMR) will attend while German OEM and Tier 1 suppliers will define their CSR’s and special requirements on Product Safety (including Recall by OTA (Software Updates over the Air)) and Cyber Security.
